Madonna: 

Matt and I have been working for the past 2 months on a 9’ Lawley tender — the plans call her “Madelon” but we’ve nicknamed ours “Madonna”.
Originally designed and built by by George Lawley and Sons of Neponset, Massachusetts in the late 1800s and early 1900s, “Madelon” tenders were originally built and sold with a Lawley yacht.  Plans (drawn from lines taken in the 1970s) are available from Mystic Seaport.  We’re not building the yacht, just the beautiful little tender.  She’s currently being built of cedar on white oak frames, with Mahogany trim, and she’s for sale!
